TMC Technology Partners provides independent, vendor-neutral technology advisory services. By using this website or engaging with our services, you agree to the terms below.
Advisory Role
TMC Technology Partners acts as a technology advisor that helps organizations evaluate, source, and implement solutions through a network of approved providers. We do not directly deliver telecommunications, cloud, software, hardware, security, or managed services. All services are provided by the selected supplier under that supplier’s agreement.
No Upfront Client Cost for Standard Engagements
In most cases, our services are provided at no direct cost to the client because we are compensated by our supplier partners. If a project requires a separate consulting or project engagement fee, it will always be defined in writing in advance.
How We Support Clients
We assist with discovery, solution design, quoting, contract navigation, implementation coordination, and ongoing lifecycle support. Final pricing, service availability, performance, and timelines are determined by the chosen provider.
Advisor of Record
When TMC Technology Partners leads a sourcing or solution engagement, we may be designated as the advisor of record with the provider. This allows us to support the client throughout the full lifecycle and provide ongoing advocacy, optimization, and escalation support.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information needed for discovery, quoting, and implementation. Delays or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information are outside the responsibility of TMC Technology Partners.
Third-Party Provider Services
All services are delivered and supported by the selected provider. Service performance, billing, uptime, and contractual obligations are governed by the provider’s agreement. TMC Technology Partners remains involved as the client’s advocate to help drive resolution and accountability.
Confidentiality
Any non-public business, technical, or financial information shared with us is treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering advisory services and solution support.
Intellectual Property
All content, messaging, frameworks, and materials on this website are the property of TMC Technology Partners and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
TMC Technology Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to third-party services, provider performance, or technology purchasing decisions. Our role is to guide, advise, and advocate on behalf of our clients.

Governing Law
